    • see through the conditioning that has taught you to fear differences vs. embrace them

    • stop judging other people’s ways of thinking, feeling, being & doing as wrong; recognize & manage unconscious bias

    • expand your level of self-awareness & social-awareness

    • acknowledge, accept, appreciate and explore differences in a constructive way

    • learn about, validate & respond to other people’s high priority values and needs

    • modify your communication style to create more productive interactions

    • collaborate to optimize results
